Colossians 3:23-24 And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, 24 knowing that from   the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ.

As believes, and followers of Christ, whatever you do in life, be sure to work as unto the Lord. This includes ministry. No matter whose watching, do things with the spirit of excellence. You WILL receive great rewards. You'll see doors opening, opportnities given. Amen!
